- Greeting visitors
- Telephone reception duties
- Maintenance of database, digital and paper files
- Diary management
- Create social media posts and monitor responses through the various channels
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail
- Outgoing,articulate and confident
- Resilient and able to work under pressure
- Computer literate and highly competent with MS office and CRM packages
- Customer focused - committed to delivering an excellent standard of service
