Recruitment Consultant - Office Services

The day to day life of a Recruitment Consultant is varied and requires someone with adaptable skills and qualities. It is a professional sales role, which can be tough, demanding and frustrating at times, but it is also a very rewarding and an exciting career that has excellent prospects.
Typical duties include:
- Source new business and develop business with new clients over the phone
- Attending business meetings with new and existing clients
- Maintain working relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for further business
- Manage and develop a busy temp desk
- Advertise, Source & Interview candidates to match your clients' recruitment needs
We want someone who is highly organised, enjoys working with people, and is willing to spend the time necessary to create and enhance career opportunities.
Previous experience within a sales / business development role is essential, along with a driving licence and up to date IT skills.
We have repeat business and are actively gaining new clients - the desk has the potential to increase its turnover very quickly and offer immediate rewards.
