Our client located in Wavertree, is looking to recruit a team of Customer Service Advisors to handle incoming enquiries on behalf of their customers. Working in a call centre environment; main duties will include answering incoming calls and transcribing messages on to bespoke systems.

You will need to be able to type a minimum of 30wpm and have excellent spelling and grammar.
Previous experience is not essentia, but an advantage.

The available shift patterns include: evening and weekend hours from either 16:00 - 21:00 or 17:00 - 22:00. Weekends hours may differ.

You must be available to for training days which will take place over the course of a week.

This is a temporary-permanent position, therefore candidates must be able to commit to the role.

Rates of pay:
£8.40 per hour (Standard hours) rising again once fully trained.
£10.00 (Overnights)
