Our client located in Wavertree, is looking to recruit a team of Customer Service Advisors to handle incoming enquiries on behalf of their customers. Working in a call centre environment; main duties will include answering incoming calls and transcribing messages on to bespoke systems.

You will need to be able to type a minimum of 30wpm and have excellent spelling and grammar.
Previous experience is not essentia, but an advantage.

The available shift patterns include: evening and weekend hours.
If you are available to work night shifts, there could also be that opportunity.

You must be available to for training days which will take place over the course of a week.

This is a temporary-permanent position, therefore candidates must be able to commit to the role.

Rates of pay:
£8.40 per hour (Standard hours)
£10.00 (Overnights)
