We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity, seeking experienced Finance and Administration Assistant upon behalf of our international client in the Bromborough area. This is a fixed 12 month contract.
Working within a busy team, duties will include, but not limited to:
- Receiving and processing purchase invoices and expenses
- Logging data accordingly to the purchase ledger - using Access Dimensions
- Inputting timesheets
- Credit control
- Statement reconciliation
Along with the financial tasks, you may be required to assist and cover reception/administration duties.
This will include arranging and booking travel, setting up meeting rooms for clients.
Experience in a similar financial role is required and candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Applications and have good understanding of bookkeeping/accountancy.
Knowledge of Access Dimensions is desirable.
Immediate start available.
Hours of work: 08:30 - 17:00 Mon - Fri
Rate of pay: £17,000 - £19,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
