INBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR (Nights)

Our client located in Wavertree, is looking for an overnight Customer Service Advisors to handle incoming enquiries on behalf of their customers. Working in a call centre environment; main duties will include answering incoming calls and transcribing messages on to bespoke systems.

You will need to be able to type a minimum of 30 WPM and have excellent spelling and grammar.
Previous experience is not essential, but an advantage.

The available shift pattern includes: Wednesday - Sunday, 22:00 - 08:00

You must be available to for training days which will take place over the course of a week.
This is a temporary-permanent position, therefore candidates must be able to commit to the role.

Rate of pay: £10.00 per hour (Overnights)
