Workforce Recruitment Solutions are currently looking to recruit a number of call centre advisers. These roles are based in city centre and are initially working on a temporary basis. Your role will be dealing with clients on a daily basis so excellent communication and customer care skills are required. Good problem solving skills and negotiating experience is required as well as the ability to prioritise and organise.
You should have experience of either working in a call centre or in a role which demanded a high level of customer care. Experience of using call centre computer based software would be advantageous.
This role is an immediate start and full training will be given.
