An exciting opportunity has arose and we are currently recruiting for experienced Claims Advisors on behalf of our very established and expanding financial services client located in Liverpool's City Centre, on a permanent basis. They are currently looking for candidates who will be able to manage potential claims calls.
Duties will include, but not limited to:
- Handling numerous, unscripted inbound calls from customers, supporting customers during the initial application
- Asking relevant, qualifying questions before claims progression
- Follow up with enquiries
- Ensure all calls comply with GDPR and Service Level Agreements
- Liaise across departments and provide necessary updates
- Need to be IT literate with excellent customer service and telephone skills with the confidence to ask unscripted clarifying questions
- Have experience in a financial service environment/claims and contact centre is desirable due to the nature of the role
- Must have a good work ethic and flexible working attitude
Training on the IT system, products and alternative services will be provided.
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week and office working hours are Monday - Friday 08:00 - 20:00 and will include the occasional Saturday of 09:00 - 15:00. The rota will be organised 4 weeks in advance.
Rate of pay: £9.33 per hour. Commission available for cross-selling additional products/services.
