Call Centre Agent - Appointment Setting

Our client has over 20 years' experience in their Industry and due to investment and expansion plans they require Call Centre Agents to help them to grow the business.

They have a modern, friendly office environment and a fun attitude to sales. The aim is to keep their local sales agents busy with appointments… and you get to earn uncapped commission for doing so!

You will be calling potential customers from their extensive (GDPR and TeleMarketing compliant) database. Previous Call Centre or a Telesales background is not important. They are looking for good conversationalists who want to earn good money. So if you have worked within the sales / service industry (whether it's Retail or Hairdressing) and are known for your persuasion skills we are interested in talking to you.

You will initially be employed on a temporary basis however you will enjoy the same training and benefits as their permanent staff. There is an extensive training program and full support is available to ensure you meet your targets and achieve your bonus and there are permanent positions (with additional benefits) available at the end of the temporary assignment.

  • No weekend or bank holiday working
  • Training Rate of £8.05 ph + Bonuses + Incentives
  • Salary £16500 - £19055 + Bonuses + Incentives when permanent
