Administrator - Maternity Leave Cover
My client is looking to recruit and experienced Office Administrator to work within their business to cover Maternity leave position.
Based in an office attached to their Industrial Unit the position is expected to last approx. 9 months.
Experience with SAGE accounts is essential and duties include:
- Processing Sales and purchase orders. Issuing acknowledgements and processing orders onto the system
- Assist with production planning and order despatch
- Maintaining contact with the customers and processing amendments to the order, advising of delivery dates & times.
- Providing track and trace information and meeting certificate of conformity requirements,
- Contacting new and existing customers, gaining market information and following trends.
