As part of our registration process candidates complete a number of assessments depending on the kind of work they are interested in. We can also customise the tests so that we can tailor the recruitment process to meet the client's needs or for jobs requiring specific skills.
We use Recruitment Skills Testing Software, which is easy to use and gives fast results. The tests are based on typical work situations and are therefore extremely useful in helping us to assess candidate skills and knowledge.
Sometimes candidates will be asked to complete a test before attending registration to ensure they have the particular skill sets required for a job.
Although they are only one small part of the assessment strategy, we do find that they can help with more accurate candidate placement. Your Consultant will be able to offer you further advice and information about the different tests.
